My Dad and high school coaches had a huge impact on my life and choosing my profession. They showed me how to lead and how through sport you can transform another persons life. I want my players to be successful on and off the field. This starts with having great daily habits. Consistently holding my athletes to a high standard in all aspects of their lives will help prepare them for their future on and off the field. Do you have any hobbies that you do when you are not coaching? Exercising, hiking with my wife and my dog, I love shoes, and I have a huge sweet tooth.
