I played lacrosse at University of the Pacific, graduating in 1999 and being a 2X Allstar for the WCCL (Western Collegiate Lacrosse League). I have been coaching lacrosse for 15 years at all levels; College, High School and youth. I recently was coaching the first Rocklin Youth 14U teams before coaching the inaugural season of Whitney Lacrosse in 2020.
Sports have always been a huge part of my life and I believe they are a key to help kids develop physically and mentally. They also help in building relationships while learning many life lessons. I embrace the role of coaching not only to pass on my love for lacrosse but also to give my players many experiences to carry with them after they graduate.
When not I am coaching lacrosse I am a stay at home parent to my 2 kids who I also coach. I was born in Boston and am always cheering for all sports teams from there (Patriots, Celtics, Red Sox & Bruins). I am also a fan of watching UFC and have competed in Mixed Martial Arts in the past.
