I have been coaching high school track and field since 1998. What influenced you to become a coach? I enjoy the process of seeing success in athletes. It is satisfying to see progress and excitement in athletes as they get better. How do you set up your team to be successful? We work effectively every day to perform well at meets. It is a long season that requires patience and diligence in the preparation so we are ready on meet days. Do you have any hobbies that you do when you are not coaching? Reading and writing, bowling, having fun with my family. Playing board games.
