I have been coaching at various levels for over 20 years. What influenced you to become a coach? My influences were the many great coaches & teachers I was fortunate to have in my life. How do you set up your team to be successful? I want my wrestlers to have the techniques, training, and the mindset that will put them in the position to win. This is on the mat and in life. Show up, work hard, think good thoughts, and you will be successful. Do you have any hobbies that you do when you are not coaching? My favorite hobby is playing drums.
