Dear Whitney Community and Families,
We are thrilled to announce the opening of registration for our Youth Flag Football Program, dedicated to teaching not just the basics of football, but also critical life and team skills that will help our young athletes grow on and off the field. Our goal is to develop high-character student-athletes who are committed to themselves, their teammates, and the amazing community around us.
Through the game of flag football, we will focus on teaching your kids how to catch, pass, run, and execute the fundamentals in a fun and supportive environment. Each player will receive a team jersey and a set of flags as we gear up for a season of excitement and development.
Each Sunday, your child will have a one-hour practice followed by a one-hour game, all in a safe, positive, competitive, and family-friendly atmosphere. Our teams will be coached by adult coaches from the Whitney Football Staff with help from student-athlete volunteers, ensuring the kids get the best guidance and mentorship.
Here’s how the schedule will work by age group:
1st and 2nd Grade: 9:00 am to 11:00 am
3rd and 4th Grade: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
5th and 6th Grade: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm

Game Dates: 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, 2/8, 2/16, 2/23, 3/2
